Cancellation policy

Your Essential subscription delivers one 28-day box every 28 days at $199. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing hello@maevelabs.com. There is no minimum term, no cancellation fee, and no retention offer. Cancelling stops all future orders.

Timing. Your card is charged when an order is prepared for shipping. To skip an upcoming box, cancel or pause before that charge. If you cancel after a box has shipped, our 30-day guarantee covers it — full refund, nothing to send back.

Changes. We'll email you before any change to the price or delivery schedule. You can cancel at any point after that notice.
