30-day guarantee

If Essential isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. You don't need to send anything back, and you don't need a reason.

To request a refund, email hello@maevelabs.com with your order number.

Subscriptions
Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancelling stops all future orders. If a box has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee above covers it.

Damaged or missing orders
Email us and we'll replace the order or refund it, whichever you prefer.
